At Salon Foundry Co., we are committed to providing high-quality salon furniture that meets your expectations. However, we understand that sometimes issues can occur. This policy explains your rights regarding returns and refunds for faulty or damaged products.
Faulty or Damaged Products
If a product is faulty, damaged beyond repair, or does not match its description, you may be eligible for a return. Any visible damage should be noted immediately upon delivery, and photos along with your invoice number must be emailed to sales@salonfoundry.com.au on the day of delivery.
Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition, including all accessories and documentation. All returns must be authorised in writing by our customer service team before being sent back. Unauthorised returns may be refused and could incur additional administration or handling fees.
Please retain all original packaging for returns. Salon Foundry Co. will cover shipping for defective, damaged, or incorrect items and will ensure you receive the correct, undamaged product as quickly as possible. Items damaged after use are non-refundable, unless covered under warranty.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for change of mind or for products that are not faulty or damaged, in line with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and ACCC guidelines. All sales are final unless the product arrives defective or damaged.
Cancellations
Once an order is placed and a deposit is paid, stock is allocated and reserved. Cancelling after this point may affect our ability to resell the items.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of placing an order (including weekends) via sales@salonfoundry.com.au will receive a full refund minus a $30 administration fee.
Cancellations requested after 24 hours but before dispatch will incur a 30% cancellation fee plus a $30 administration fee.
If an order has already been dispatched, cancellations are still possible; however, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and once returned, a 30% restocking fee and $30 administration fee will be deducted from the refund.

Salon Foundry Co. only sells to purchasers who intend to use the item(s) for the duration of its economic life. Orders purchased for the specific purpose of a "one time use or temporary use" are not eligible for return under any circumstances. This includes but is not limited to; orders intended for use in a trade show or a conference venue, orders that are purchased by promotional companies, and orders that are purchased by trade show facilitators.
